Its three goals are:

1. Drive more effective resume wording and better representation of the user's strengths
2. Develop computational thinking and intuition to perform better on unseen questions in technical interviews.
3. Coach users to communicate better with body language and improve depth of domain knowledge

To tackle these goals respectively, AlgoOlio has 3 features in store:

1. Resume Evaluator
2. AI Insights and Interactive Chatbot
3. Virtual Interviewer

For personalisation through a robust understanding of the user's strengths and weaknesses, AlgoOlio has personalised roadmaps powered by a hybrid recommendation system, through which it recommends questions per-topic that will benefit the user the most.
